Terms and conditions

The provider is Klarframe, represented by Oliver Condurache and Michael Vogel, Carrer Primavera 8, 07010 Palma, Spain, NIF 20890460C, email: info@klarframe.com.

These terms apply to the use of Klarframe Motion at motion.klarframe.com by businesses and consumers. Mandatory statutory rights, especially those of consumers, remain unaffected.

Klarframe Motion uses artificial intelligence to edit videos in which people talk: the AI removes pauses and filler words and adds captions, graphics, zooms, sound effects, music and a color look. The result is an MP4 video (up to 1080p; formats 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9) for you to download. You can make changes via chat or in the editor.

Uploaded videos may be up to 10 minutes long and 1 GB in size; your own music, logos and images up to 50 MB per file. Klarframe may develop features further as long as the core benefit is preserved.

You need an account (name, email, password) to use the service. Signing up creates a user agreement for Klarframe Motion. A purchase contract for credits is formed when you complete checkout with Stripe. Keep your login details secret and protect them from third parties.

When you sign up, you get 3 credits (3 videos) free – once per person, after you confirm your email address.

You pay with credits. 1 credit covers 1 video up to 2 minutes. Longer videos need 1 more credit for every further 2 minutes started (e.g. 3:30 minutes = 2 credits, 10 minutes = 5 credits). You always see the cost before you start.

Credits are reserved and deducted when you start. If editing fails for technical reasons, we automatically refund the credits.

Packs are one-time purchases, not a subscription. All prices include statutory VAT. For businesses in other EU member states with a valid VAT ID, the reverse-charge procedure may apply. Payment is made via Stripe; you receive an invoice.

• Purchased credits are valid for 24 months from purchase.
• Credits cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to other accounts.
• If editing fails for technical reasons, the credits used are refunded automatically.
• Statutory rights, especially the right of withdrawal (section 14), remain unaffected.

Finished videos are available to download for 24 hours. After that, we automatically delete the original video, working files and finished video. The project (title, thumbnail, chosen style) stays visible in your list as “expired”; to edit it again, you need to upload the video again. Uploads that were never started are also deleted after 24 hours.

You are responsible for downloading your video in time. Once the 24 hours have passed, there is no right to restoration, and credits used are not refunded for this reason.

• You only upload content you have the necessary rights to – this applies to videos, music, logos and images.
• Everyone who can be seen or heard in the video agrees to the editing.
• You don’t upload unlawful content, for example content that infringes third-party rights, insults others, incites violence or endangers minors.
• You don’t misuse Klarframe Motion, for example by attacking the systems or circumventing limits.
• You don’t share your login details with unauthorised persons.

AI systems produce results based on probabilities. They can contain mistakes – for example misheard words in captions or wrong numbers in graphics. So please check your video before publishing it. AI results are no substitute for legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. We use third-party AI services for some steps; their availability may affect the service.

• Your uploaded content stays yours. You allow Klarframe to process it solely to provide the service. Klarframe does not use it to train its own AI models.
• You hold the usage rights to the finished video. You can show it anywhere, including commercially.
• The music and sound effects we provide were generated algorithmically by Klarframe. You may use them freely in videos created with Klarframe Motion, including commercially.
• Rights to Klarframe’s software, templates, styles and trademarks remain with Klarframe.

We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, security measures, force majeure and disruptions at third-party providers may temporarily limit use.

Klarframe is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. In cases of simple negligence, Klarframe is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability rules and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your account runs for an indefinite period. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@klarframe.com; you can also delete your projects yourself. In the event of serious breaches of these terms or unlawful use, Klarframe may temporarily block access or terminate the contract for good cause. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Withdrawal notice

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase of credits within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day of purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement (e.g. by email to info@klarframe.com or by post to Klarframe, Carrer Primavera 8, 07010 Palma, Spain). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don’t have to. It is enough to send your statement before the period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments for the withdrawn credits without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the purchase unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this.

Early expiry

Credits are digital services. Your right of withdrawal expires for the credits you use for a video as soon as editing begins – provided you have expressly agreed that we may start before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You can still withdraw from unused credits within the 14 days; we then refund the proportional price.

Spanish law applies. Consumers additionally keep the mandatory protection and courts of their habitual residence. For businesses, Palma de Mallorca is agreed as the place of jurisdiction to the extent legally permitted.
